It’s Wednesday again! Here are a few interesting articles and websites that I came across this week:
- 5 outside-the-box marketing jobs – Social Media Ninja, Community Trailblazer, Ambassador of Buzz (who’s hiring an Apprentice of Buzz btw), Marketing Therapist with sidekick Web 2.0 Fear Specialist. No, these are not names from the upcoming social media movie, but quirky social media job titles that display creativity, passion and a sense of humour!
- Mistakes and Failures: LaunchALabel.com – Most people blog and write about successes that they’ve had (which is understanding because who wants to shout their failures to the world?) so it was refreshing to read an account of something that didn’t work and why.
- Kickstarter – A platform where artists and entrepreneurs can inspire people to back their creative projects. People who fund get cool rewards such as products, benefits and fun experiences. How amazing!
- 30 Entrepreneurs Under the Age of 30 – Inc.com’s annual list of young entrepreneurs; of course this year’s compilation includes the co-founder of Foursquare Naveen Selvadurai, LivingSocial co-founders Tim O’Shaughnessy and Eddie Frederick, and Posterous co-founders Garry Tan and Sachin Agarwal.
